This Privacy Policy explains how Creator Systems LLC (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit this website or contact us through its forms, by email, or through the messengers listed on the site.
We collect only what we need to answer your inquiry and to keep the website working and secure. We do not sell personal information and do not use third-party advertising or analytics trackers.

- the project type and the message you send;
- your phone number and company name, if you choose to include them.
Information collected automatically
- IP address and the approximate location derived from it (country, region, city, ZIP code);
- browser, device type, operating system, browser language, and screen resolution;
- pages viewed, the referring page, UTM campaign tags, date and time of the visit, and time on page;
- a session identifier stored in a cookie (see section 4).
Please do not send sensitive information (health, financial account, government ID numbers, and similar) through the forms. We do not knowingly collect it.

- service providers that host the website and deliver email for us, limited to what they need to provide those services;

4. Cookies
The website sets only its own cookies:
- web_session - session identifier used for forms and abuse prevention; kept for up to 30 days (10 minutes on a first visit);
- _arid - technical request identifier; kept for 60 seconds;
- resolution - screen resolution used for correct display and statistics.
You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. Without the session cookie, the forms may not work correctly.
5. Third-party services and tracking across websites
The Contact page shows a Google Maps map. It loads only when you scroll to it; when it loads, your browser connects to Google, which may collect your IP address and set its own cookies under the Google Privacy Policy. Links to Telegram and WhatsApp open those services, which handle your messages under their own policies.
Apart from the map, we do not allow third parties to collect personal information about your online activities over time and across different websites when you use this site.
6. Do Not Track
We do not track visitors across third-party websites, so the website works the same way whether or not your browser sends a Do Not Track signal.
7. How long we keep information
- Inquiries and related correspondence: as long as needed to handle your request, and no longer than one year after our last communication unless we sign a contract.
- Contract and billing records: for the period required by tax and accounting law.
- Visit statistics, including IP addresses: for as long as we need them for website analytics and security. We use them only for these purposes and never sell them or use them for advertising.
8. Security
- access to data is limited to people who need it and uses personal accounts;
- traffic between your browser and the website is encrypted (HTTPS);
- changes in the site's management system are logged, and data is backed up;
- software security updates are installed regularly.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.
9. Your choices and requests
You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Email info@ax-box.tech from the address you used to contact us, or tell us how we can find your records. We will respond within 30 days. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser at any time.
10. Children
This website is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Changes to this policy
When we change this policy, we publish the new version on this page and update the effective date at the top. If a change materially affects how we use personal information, we will also show a notice on the website before the change takes effect.
